Samruddhi Courier and Cargo Services provides domestic and international courier, cargo, freight forwarding, warehousing, and specialized logistics solutions. Use of our services constitutes agreement to these terms.

• Services are intended for lawful purposes only.
• You must provide accurate and complete information for all shipments, including sender/recipient details, content descriptions, and declared value.
• Misuse of services, including sending prohibited items or hazardous goods without disclosure, is strictly prohibited.

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs, weather, regulatory checks, or force majeure.
• Specialized services (hazardous goods, medicine export, Amazon FBA shipments, air/sea freight) may require additional processing time.
• Samruddhi is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers or unforeseen events.

The following items cannot be shipped unless permitted under applicable regulations:

• Explosives, flammable or hazardous substances (unless using our DG/Hazardous goods service)
• Illegal or prohibited substances
• Perishable items without appropriate packaging
• Restricted or prohibited items under domestic or international law

Samruddhi takes reasonable care in handling all shipments, including specialized consignments.

• Liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is subject to declared shipment value and our liability policies.
• Certain specialized shipments (e.g., hazardous materials, international freight, Amazon FBA shipments) may have limited liability.

For international shipments, the sender is responsible for customs clearance, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Samruddhi provides custom clearance and documentation support but is not liable for penalties arising from incorrect documentation.

Payments for services, including specialized shipments, are due before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

• Non-payment may result in suspension of services or delay in shipment processing.

Personal and shipment data are collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data for shipment management, communication, and compliance purposes.

Samruddhi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
