How can I track my package?

Our standard delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected. For domestic shipments, delivery is typically within 3-5 business days. International shipments may take longer. You can get an estimated delivery time when you book a new shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods including all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and various digital wallets. For corporate clients, we also offer an invoice-based payment system.

How do I create a new account?

To create an account, simply click on the "Sign Up" button on the top right corner of our website. You will be prompted to enter your personal details and create a password. Once complete, you will have access to all our services.

Can I change the delivery address after the package has been shipped?

Depending on the current status of the shipment, we may be able to update the delivery address. Please contact our customer support immediately with your tracking number, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
