1. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Domestic Shipments: Allowed before pickup.
  • International Shipments: Allowed before customs processing or dispatch.
  • Specialized Services (Air/Sea Freight, Hazardous Goods, Amazon FBA): Must be cancelled before processing starts.

Once a shipment is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after verifying shipment status.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
  • No refund for shipments already dispatched or delivered.
  • International and specialized shipments may incur banking charges deducted from the refund.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date for international shipments).
  • Compensation is based on declared shipment value and liability policies.
  • Some specialized shipments may have limited liability.
